Our system uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology for secure authentication. Each employee is assigned a unique Bluetooth token that pairs with our desktop application. When the token is in proximity to a registered computer, the system automatically authenticates and logs in the user without any manual password entry. The connection is encrypted end-to-end and requires physical possession of the token for access.
Security is our top priority. If a Bluetooth token is lost or stolen, administrators can immediately deactivate it from the web dashboard. The system will instantly revoke access for that token across all computers. You can then issue a new token to the employee. All activity is logged, so you can monitor for any unauthorized access attempts during the interim period.
Yes, absolutely! Employees can be assigned to multiple computers through our flexible management system. In the admin dashboard, you can link an employee to several workstations across different departments. The Bluetooth token will automatically log them into any assigned computer they approach. This is perfect for roles that require movement between different workstations or shared office spaces.
